Changing your diet does strange things to your system...

Fabulous and fit at fifty...your future!

I woke up feeling soooooooo good this morning after staying on my diet for one day, not bogged down. I'm also planning on staying on my diet tomorrow for the most part. We're gonna eat the best-tasting low calorie dinner we can find. On Saturday I won't be doing so great on my diet. We're gonna go nuts that day, as Jay is grilling for me...but other than that I plan on pretty much staying on it. I feel great! My stomach is gurgling, but I'm not eating until at least noon. I had a hot pocket and a little fat-free pudding cup for breakfast. Gonna eat a good for me, not a bunch of calories lunch, dinner no earlier than 4 and no later than 6. Bet ya I wake up feeling even better tomorrow. Gonna do this. So are you! Monday is your D-day. I am soooooooooooooo happy to be in the zone. I hope we can get you there also so its easier for you. You can do it, but getting in the zone will make it better. Just think...fabulous, fit, fantastic, and PHAT at fifty...not FAT! You can and you will do it. You have 1-1/2 years to get there. That's doable and not unrealistic. Andreas Miguel Sanchez Jr. needs you. : )

Dieting...

Fuck this having 2 different leg lengths shit...I've been walking ...and I've been telling myself I'm cutting down on food...but really I haven't been doing that...today I officially started cutting down. I'm still a loser, but its better. Instead of having 2 hot pockets this morning, I had one and a tiny little peach cup. By next week I hope to be down to less than that. I'm gonna lose some weight and get in better shape so I can have knee surgery by one year from now...that's my goal anyway. Gotta save up some vacation time. Diet with me. Get healthier by age 50...which originally was my goal. I didn't get there, too much going on. You still can. Do it. Do it for you. Do it for your kids. Do it for your grandkids. Do it for your husband. Mostly, do it for you.
